Whitewater should average to 16-1hh.  He is solid Black, with a White tip on his front hoof. Whitewater  has a extremely nice  disposition.  He is very respectful, not kicky and does not bite.  He is very easy to lead and willing to do whatever you ask of him.  He loves attention, loves to be brushed and bathed.
